Shipping

 

  • Our warehouse is located at Glen Rock, New Jersey
  • Expected processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: free shipping for US orders over $89 and $6.95 flat rate for US orders under $89
  • US orders: we ship with USPS and UPS
  • International orders: we ship with DHL Worldwide.  Rate starts at $28. All charges and custom duties included.  2-5 business days to most countries. 
  • Digital products (E-books): instant PDF download

How do I make a return?
Log in to your account here to submit your return request, and we will send you a return label.

Returns:

  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. 
  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
  • Returns must be received to us within 30 calendar days of your original order's shipping date at our facility. (International orders have 45 days from your original shipping date.) The 35 days starts from the day your original order was shipped. Returns older than 35 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Exchange:

  • We offer a one time free exchange if you need a different size for the same product you ordered. 
  • Once your original item is received back to us, we will send you the exchanged size free of shipping charge.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for the same item, in different size.
  • If for some reason you need to return the exchanged item, it will become a regular return and subject to return shipping charge.
  • Final sale items can not be exchanged.

To ship back your order: 

  • You  must make sure your return package arrive at our facility within 30 days of the shipping date of your original order.

International Shipping

We are not offering return labels for international orders at this time.

We offer free shipping for orders over $300 to Canada, UK, and Australia. 

For international orders under $300, shipping rate is calculated based on weight of your order and the destination.

 

Defects or Damaged Items:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: contact@petitedressing.com 
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
  • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Digital products such as e-books can NOT be returned or exchanged.
